Behavior and Personality

Offender Mann's character is very interesting and complex, but its main features are: cunning, cruelty, causticity, sadism and selfishness. Offender Mann really likes to inflict physical and psychological pain on people, and he has enough strength to do this without any preparation. He differs from most TF2 Freaks in that there is at least a drop of humanity in it, but it is extremely rare.

   Offender Mann appreciates the obedience, intelligence, and adequate assessment of the situation in the victims; it is the victims who possess these qualities who have the greatest chance to stay alive after meeting the faceless, but there is also a chance to be “disassembled” in parts.

Powers and Abilities

Offender Mann has the same powers as Slender Mann,but instead of Psionic Manipulation, he uses his telekinesis powers with which it can overpower even the heaviest opponent.

He also has an endless supply of Made Man in his arsenal with which he attracts the victim (mainly women or The Female Mercenaries).

If the victim does not accept the rose, Offender mann will open his black eyes and disappear. Later, he finds the victim in the form of a different person, and then he "plays" with his victim, gradually revealing his identity, raping him and further depends on the victim. It can die or survive, but not remembering what is happening. Or even spoil the psyche (depends on the mental state of the victim).Even if the victim accepted the rose, he would have raped the victim anyway, but only if he succeeds in seducing.
